1. Introduction
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.
This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, requiring the publication of rules, regulations, privacy policy, and terms of use for access or usage of the domain name adhesh.com including any related mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
The Platform is operated by Rear Guard Safe Tech located at Peelamedu Coimbatore (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “Adhesh.com”).
By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you (“User”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”) and any policies incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform or services.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
2. Shipping and Pickup Policy
All orders placed through the Platform must be collected directly from the Adhesh.com counter.
Home delivery or personal delivery services are not available at this time.
Customers will receive a confirmation message once their order is ready for pickup. Please present the order confirmation at the counter to collect your items.
We shall not be held responsible for delays in pickup or unclaimed orders beyond the designated collection period.
Once collected, orders are considered final and non-returnable.
3. Return and Refund Policy
If an item is damaged or fails to meet quality standards, customers are advised to notify the on-duty staff immediately upon collection.
Upon verification, a replacement will be provided for the same item.
No monetary refunds will be issued for items
In the case of a payment failure where the amount has been debited from your account, the refund will be automatically reversed within 6–7 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
We are not liable for any delay caused by banking institutions or payment gateways.
4. Use of Platform
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during and after registration and shall be responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purposes under applicable Indian laws.
Unauthorized use of the Platform may result in legal action and termination of access.
The contents of the Platform, including design, layout, and graphics, are proprietary to us and Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or reproducing any content without prior written consent.
Links to third-party websites may be provided for your convenience. However, the Café shall not be responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of such third-party sites.
5. Limitation of Liability
We and our management shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform or services.
In no event shall the Adhesh.com total liability exceed ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred) or the actual amount paid by you for the transaction in question, whichever is lower.
We shall not be liable for service interruptions, technical errors, or force majeure events including natural disasters, system failures, or events beyond our control.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Café, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
