Net Banking (All major banks supported)

Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available for selected locations and products only.

2. Payment Security

We value your trust. All online payments on Adhesh.com are processed through secure, encrypted gateways that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

We do not store your card or banking information on our servers.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:

An order confirmation email/SMS with transaction details.

A payment receipt for your records.

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will be automatically refunded to your source account within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for select pin codes and order values.

The full payment must be made to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Please ensure that someone is available to accept and pay for the order at the delivery address.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible, but you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

6. Fraud Prevention

To ensure a secure shopping experience, Adhesh.com reserves the right to verify payment details, request identification, or cancel suspicious transactions.
